1.1. Voluntary Withdrawal: As a user, you possess the absolute right to voluntarily terminate your RapidReel account at any time and withdraw consent for the continued processing of your personal data.

1.2. Definition of Deletion: Deletion constitutes the permanent and irreversible removal of all personal identifiers and user-generated data linked to your account within our production environment.

2.1. Loss of Access: Immediately upon completion of the process, your login credentials will be invalidated, and access to all Service features will cease.

2.2. Forfeiture of Assets: Any unspent "Coins," remaining membership time, or accumulated digital rewards associated with the account will be irrevocably forfeited without compensation.

2.3. Data Eradication: All behavioral data (watch history, preferences), personal profile details, and linked social information will be permanently deleted.

3.1. Required Conditions: To initiate a clean deletion, your account must not have: (a) outstanding financial obligations (e.g., unpaid fees or chargebacks); (b) active disciplinary actions or policy violations; (c) unresolved disputes or support tickets.

3.2. Statutory Data Preservation: RapidReel may be legally compelled to retain certain records for a mandated period, regardless of the deletion request, including: (a) transaction and billing data for tax and financial auditing; (b) data subject to ongoing legal injunctions or governmental requests.

3.3. Compliance Retention: Minimal, non-personal audit logs may be retained internally to ensure compliance with our terms and prevent re-registration fraud.

4.1. Deletion Pathway: You can formally request account deletion through the designated pathway within the application settings (Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account).

4.2. Processing Period: Following receipt of a validated request, the full data deletion process will be executed within a maximum period of 15 business days.
