1.2. Transaction Gateway: All payments for Premium Features and Coins are channeled and finalized through the official billing system of the user's device platform (Apple App Store or Google Play).

1.3. Binding Acceptance: Purchase of any paid item constitutes an irreversible and immediate acceptance of this Policy.

2.1. Nature of Coins: Coins are designated as a form of non-refundable, non-transferable proprietary digital credit. They serve solely as a mechanism to access specific paid episodes or premium functionalities within RapidReel.

2.2. Value Limitation: Coins do not constitute property, currency, or a store of value. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for real currency, or used outside the application.

2.3. Coin Price Stability: RapidReel retains the exclusive right to modify the acquisition price of Coin packages or alter the Coin cost required to unlock specific content without prior notice.

3.1. VIP Access Rights: Paid memberships grant specific, time-limited benefits (e.g., ad-free viewing, priority access) as detailed at the point of sale.

3.2. Benefit Modification: RapidReel reserves the operational right to adjust, augment, or discontinue specific Premium Features or membership benefits based on evolving product strategy.

3.3. Expiry of Rights: Should your membership lapse, all associated benefits are immediately revoked. Content unlocked previously via Coins will remain accessible.

4.1. Purchase Finality: Given the immediate digital provision of services, all sales for Coins and Premium Features are deemed final and non-refundable, except where explicitly mandated by consumer protection laws.

4.2. Chargeback and Dispute: Initiating a chargeback without valid justification is considered a severe violation and may lead to the permanent termination of the user account and forfeiture of all remaining Coins/benefits.

4.3. Indemnity for Misuse: You agree to assume full liability for any losses incurred by RapidReel resulting from the fraudulent use of payment instruments or breach of this Policy.

5.1. Authorized Channels: Purchases must only be made through the official in-app purchasing mechanism. RapidReel is not responsible for losses from third-party Coin sellers.
